FFF (Friday Family Fellowship) is a friendship group at Mission of the Cross! The group meets on a Friday night each month for a couple of hours just to do fun stuff together. Some nights it’s "Game Night" while other nights consist of hayrack rides or chili cook offs or just seeing a movie together. It’s a group whose sole purpose is to be with other Christians and to HAVE FUN! Watch for future events with FFF or call the church office at 218-692-4228 for the next date and event for FFF! Crosslake Flea Market
As a community service, "The Original Crosslake Flea Market" is now held on the grounds of MOTC. It's a great place to meet your neighbors, find great products, or sell your wares. The dates for The 2008 Crosslake Craft and Flea Markets are:
Saturday, May 24th ; Saturday, July 5; and Saturday, August 30th.

* The weekend of August 1st and August 2nd is also the Mission of the Cross annual Garage and Bake Sale.

| Starting in July of 2003, Mission of the Cross Lutheran Church added a new group to our church community. KLIC (Kids Living In Christ) is now the official name of our youth group. We are what our name says - kids living in Christ. Every Sunday, a group between 5-10 kids get together and discuss common issues in the lives of teens today. Along with our weekly study, we keep busy with fundraising activities, volunteer work, getting together on a monthly basis for a time of fun and fellowship, and spreading the word that we are, indeed, Kids Living In Christ! |
